Rawlins Davy Reeves are hiring for a part time Credit Controller to join our Bournemouth Office! The role will include but not be limited to:

  • Monitoring and managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Contacting clients via phone or email to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes in a professional and efficient manner
  • Performing data entry and maintenance of accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Utilising accounting software to track and update client accounts


  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in data entry and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience within a law firm would be advantageous
