Alex Crabbe

Alex grew up between Bournemouth, London and Toronto, Canada. He graduated with a Law degree from Cardiff University in 2013 before travelling and living abroad for two years, including in New Zealand and Australia. Following his return, he began his employment as a paralegal with Rawlins Davy in 2016 and qualified as a solicitor in September 2020. In 2023 he took a sabbatical and spent another six months abroad.

Alex mainly practices in the legal area of leasehold extension and enfranchisement, but also has experience in litigation, particularly in relation to property and landlord and tenant issues. Outside of work his interests include football, ice hockey, reading, poetry, writing (badly), rum and predictably, travel
