Neil White

Neil trained in a large firm in Kent before moving to the area and qualifying as a solicitor in 1996.  He obtained a Chemistry degree at Exeter University before spending two years at the college of law in London to achieve a post graduate diploma in law and legal practice.

Neil specialises in residential and commercial development by assembling development sites, dealing with planning and associated infrastructure agreements and preparing estate documentation for the sale or lease of the newly constructed property.  Neil also specialises in commercial property, sale purchases and leases, and complex residential and commercial property transactions.  He also acts for private and institutional mortgage lenders.

Out of the office, his hobbies are cooking, travel and the arts.
