Maria Blanco

Maria is a trainee solicitor currently working in our Residential Property team.

Maria joined the firm in 2021 after graduating from the University of Winchester with a 2:1 in her LLB, and later completed her LPC (with a distinction!), all whilst working at the firm as a paralegal.  Maria is also fluent in Polish.

Maria deals with a variety of residential property matters, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases (including acting for first time buyers with Lifetime ISA products), remortgages and transfers of equity, and has particular experience dealing with new builds.

When she is not at work, Maria is an active member of the Bournemouth and District Law Society – Junior Lawyers Division as the National Representative.  In her free time, she enjoys keeping fit, travelling and spoiling her cat Luna.
